Why does this number call?

appears to be an autodialer used for collections

picked up call to hear a reference number, cant they afford to have a computer tell when the call is picked up? lol most likely a collections agency because I'm going threw Debt Elimination Program and my phone calls have blown up because of it

I get this stupid call too. It leaves a partial message. So Stupid. how did they get my number. Plus I don't know who they are Im not calling this number back

This can not be a debt collector because I have non after me yet :).  I think it is a telemarketer.  Vonage allows you to block specific numbers and I will be blocking this one.

I got this call as well.  I listened to the voice mail and it makes no sense, they did not even give a number to call back just a reference number.  I have no accounts in collection (at least as far as I know)Not sure who this is.

Just got a message with no details other than a disclaimer "this is not a solicitation"  however, no company name or other information was provided.  this was received on my cell phone so I couldn't even write any of the information down.  Attempted to call back, but the number was busy.

I got this phone call at right about 9 am this morning, couldn't figure out who it was because it was a half message starting with 507, than a reference #, I just recently got a high medical bill in my name, so i'm not sure if thats what its about, but i tried to call number back, and it either kept ringing, or number was busy, couldn't find number to call back.  Should of just answered when the call was first initally made, if anyone knows who it is please let me know!

Same call as those listed above.  Automated with no return number, only a reference number.  The number they called was an unlisted business cell phone.  Sounds very much like a Collection type call except we have no accounts in collections or even disputed.  Suspect Fraud.  Definately an unwanted call

This number is for collections.  
The billing office they are speaking of is for outstanding hospital bills.  They want you to call 1-800-241-6507, speak to the person who answers and give them the reference number they gave in the message.
Someone used my number and they apologized for hassling me.

This is the second collections agency that's called me looking for "Thomas Clark" (it's such a common name, these calls have to be a scam).  I've called the number back and asked that they not call me again since no one by the name of Thomas Clark owns my phone number but they called again 4 days after I asked them to remove MY phone number from their list.  I dare someone else to call the number back and find out who they want to collect money from!
