Called at 5:36pm on 10/27/14.  Left no message.  Caller from Minnesota and we know no one from the state of Minnesota.  Will block the call.  

Called them back and message said they follow up when someone called customer service somewhere and they do a survey to see the quality of that customer service call made.  I recently did speak to customer service at a company so I assume they were just doing a quick survey to see if my issue was resolved.

Yes, they are a follow-up company on customer service calls.  In my case it was for my call the days prior with Prime Therapeutics out of Texas.  The girl I spoke with today from the survey, was pleasant and the time required was only 3 minutes.

Got call from Minnesota. Previous person mentioned PrimeMail. I just spoke with primeMail today. Call didn't leave a message, blocked the number.

They keep calling but don't leave a message.  When that happens, I see no reason to call them back.

They didn't leave a message.  I called them back and they are SQM Survey.  I took a survey from another company about a recent hospital stay.  They were taking a survey on the prior survey.  A little bit redundant!?!?
