If you don't have a credit card (and in that case it would not be Target calling you as their cards are issued by TD Bank) then why did you dodge the call?  Why not simply continue and find out what they wanted?

AT&T auto detects this number as fraud and blocks if for me.  You all say it's target credit?  I don't have a target credit card and they call me every day.

You will have to contact TD Bank and have them remove your phone number.

They did this to me also, and I was only 4 days late. Or if I answer it hangs up.

Some lady with a weird accent just asks for card number and to press # in my voicemail. Call bombs me.

this number has been calling me 2 and 3 times a day but never leave a message, I blocked this number but they still seem to get through

I too got this message today 10/23/2019, I typed in the number with no spaces and a company in China came up. Strange isn't it? I will also add that the number on my phone was this. 612 815 5870.0 it too came up as the Target Call Center. This woman's name is Jonie.

Their caller ID always says that they’re a robo caller or unknown caller. I was late paying my red card too, and had 6 scam callers so when they called I just said take me off their list, and I said that I wasn’t me. Sooo... they should definitely leave a voicemail. Because they’re discounting the pool of scam/robo callers.
