Caller called twice saying he was from a traffic and collision centre trying to get composition for his client.  He couldn't give any details to the questions I asked such as a date of accident and who was involved.  No one in house has ever been in an accident. I returned his first call and he said he would remove my name from list since no on here has been in an accident. His second call 3 hrs later said he never spoke to me.  Very rude as well, always interrupted.

Had the same call, same details, called them back as ?I wanted more info from them. Was told the same my name would be removed. He said they receive this information from traffic incidents from the police and from the hospital which is wrong because this is private information will reporting this to local police

Criminal outfit trying to get money from people. Said he was from the "Highway Traffic Collision Dept." Wanted money to avoid a lawsuit. Kept him on the line for 5 minutes playing along then he caught on and hung up on me haha

Just got a similar call moments ago.  No details about any such "accident", not even a name.  A legitimate complainant would already have such information.  Don't let these guys fool you.  They're crooks plain and simple.

Same senario here,  also got another call last week he was saying he was from,Revenu Canada.  He wanted my credit card number!  I phone RC to tell them; their site for reporting scam was down.  Again this person was not polite!

this is the fourth time they called telling that they will call the police on use if we dont paid them they are saying that they are revenue canada and want a credit card number

*FRAUD* Called them back to bother them as the bothered me with there nonsense. Questioned them on there mailing address and several things about legitimacy of their lawyers and firm. They can't even follow their script let alone speak English. Too funny , but seriously not something I want in my country! They must think people are that stupid, so if you get a chance make them feel like a criminal, as they are, it made my day!

called -collission scam, yesterday Revenue Canada. Told them their call was being recorded by the RCMP Fraud Division for court summons. They hung up.

Robin Matthews with middle-eastern accent says he is working with Accident Investigation dept & the lawyers to work out the amount of compensation for my accident from last year.

I was very suspicious because I did not have any accident last year and he would not give me enough information on the case. He did not sound professional.

This seems like a scam
