    This is a likely a spoofed number.
    We have been getting several calls with "None" displayed starting November 2017.  This is the most recent but  (613) 435 2193 (last November)  and more recently  (613) 366 3343  had the same display.  They are single calls so this is a scam likely as the blocking rules were never triggered after the first calls.

    I started getting these calls after a Debt Collector gave up after eight months of calling and not getting through.  It could very well be another sneaky collector.
