Yes, Major CRA scam. They ask you to call them back and tell you you have been audited by CRA. That you owe money and they want to make you run around town like a goof ball. I did not bite, but they kept me wondering for a while,

Said that there was a warrant out for me from the Canada revenue Agency

A guy with a thick Indian accent said to call back 613 703 1613 (no records on this number), because I've been audited by the CRA. That was laughable. Too bad I wasn't home to pick the call.
Two days later, the second call sounded like a machine reader, claiming that the CRA has a warrant on me and that I should call 613 366 3334. That number is registered under:

I just got the same call today, saying that they have been trying to reach me for several days and that there is a warrant out on me from Revenue Canada Ageny....I called the number back, but can not get through...It just has a busy beeping dial tone...This is a prank, or something...do not fall for it, because they are trying to get people to send money....

I got this call at 10 p.m. last night! Although I knew it was a scam, it's sick to make any calls at those hours...

Our call was at 1:30am!  Left a message, but it was very garbled.  Sounded like an automatic "please call ..." Ended with God Bless.
Time to block this!

How do we stop this nonsense. Is there nobody at Bell or CRTC to help? My elderly mother has been receiving calls from them as well as recordings stating they are from the Canada Revenue Agency!

Re: 613  366-3334 Same caller, thick East Asian accent...left a message as collector from Rev. Cdn. I called back and did answer: ' told me I needed to make a payment. Told him there were some issues, I was waiting for some documents .
Didn't matter to him... the RCMP will be arresting you tomorrow! You need to make a payment in the next 45 minutes'.
I asked him how much and he said $2000. SCAM!!
He/they must have inside information,curious as to how they have knowledge of CRA on goings.?

Definite scam. Ask them to name you and what your address is they'll hang up.

I got the recorded message at 9.30 am  something regarding police warrant  issued and ended with  the same 'God bless' My phone ID showed # 613-366-3334 , When I called back the guy with accent  answered " CRA   what " and then hung up. And I got a call earlier this morning at 5.30 am  # 800-267-6999 no message, probable there is connections.

Saturday June 20th call stating there is a lawsuit being filed against my husband from Revenue Canada and warrants had been issued. For more info we were to phone 613-366-3334 and ended " Thank you and God bless you"

I believe you are dealing with a scam similar to the one here in the United States. The operation is based overseas and the caller demands payment using prepaid card or they will file a lawsuit. You will probably find something about this if you search Google.

Got the same prank call as a message on my answering machine, informing me of a warrant issued. Knew it was prank because it ended with "Have a good day and God bless you." Since when is God in CRA's greeting?

Hi l got the same message saying something about a warrant that was issued. Glad l googled it to check it out. Is this really a scam cause l was gonna call them back and give them hell

message about "case file"..requesting return phone call. Implies it is CRA.

Just received a robotic voice from this number saying I needed to call them regarding case file requesting return phone call with a nice god bless you at the end, so it must be legit.

Yup, I got the same call. I am pretty sure the CRA doesn't take out lawsuits on people who owe back taxes, jerks. I feel bad for all the people who fall for this because it sounds pretty scary if you're not onto it.

I also got a call yesterday from a live person saying the same thing. When I laughed at him he said "I'm coming to your house!" which is pretty scary too, and a couple of days ago I got a similar message. Either I am on a bunch of "sucker" lists or they are waging a multi-call campaign. Makes me so mad that apparently the RCMP and Bell are helpless in the face of these goons.
