Recording claiming to be CRA saying that I have to call that number back before legal action is taken. Scam. I already received a call from a live person (with an indian accent) pretending to be CRA saying a warrant was issued for my arrest because of not paying my taxes for the last 6 years.

recording on phone stated they were from CRA and I need to phone them back asap or legal action will be taken.  Sounds like a scam!!

Received massage on my machine stating that i needed to call back asap as legal action was pending. Not at all proffessional, left no name of caller only initials CRA, not Canada Revenue Agency. Sounds like a scam.

Message said they were the CRA and we had 2 hours to phone back or else they would take legal action against us.

also claiming to be CRA (whatever that is) I know people in Canada Revenue Agency and they always use the full name in any conversations, business and social.  The phone is in Ottawa, but it can be switched anywhere in the world. I will wait and see if the handcuffs actually appear at the door.
