This number came up on call display.  The caller said they were a constable with Canada revenue agency and they would be charging me with tax evasion and fraud if I didn't pay immediately.

Ooh don't fall for it. It's a scam. The IRS will never call you about any tax money you owe. They also never threaten you with arrest or any incrimination of you. Owing money to them is not a crime.

This caller said hes from revenue canada and he has an arrest warrent for me! Its total bs ...Hes an east indian and hes hostile.

Received a call from "Officer John White" from "CRA", "the Canada Revenue Agency", requesting to talk with someone going by the first initial and last name of one of my house mates.  I asked for his return phone number and was also given this number.  I asked which division he was with and the answer was suspect, so I pushed harder and he became angry and told me that if I didn't answer his questions right now that he was going to arrest me too -- and then demanded my name.  I asked him if he would be coming to arrest me or if it would be someone else... he hung up.  Poor John, with his accent, anger-issues and limited knowledge of geography failed to convince me today.

Note that "John" is prepared with answers to common questions so understand this: the CRA will NEVER call you on the phone to settle any disputes or demand payments - ever.  So tell "John" that you haven't received your letter yet and once you do you'll call him back.  If CRA needs to discuss an issue with you they will always first send you a letter outlining the issues and then work with you to resolve the issue.
