Got numerous calls from that number,  purportedly about a legal case against me.  No details on the case,  other than a that that I would be the only one to suffer the legal consequences should I not call them at that same number. Of course,  nothing actually happens when I don't call back other than another annoying phone call.

Then in his thick Indian accent oh no we don't to that this is revenue Canada. Like I'm stupid I was trying to get him going then he said f**k you and hung up

Same thing happened to me today...I have actually spoken to them before and when I started to ask them questions (get in quick) they hang up, ask them where they are calling from and then the actual address and who exactly is coming to me arrest me, and who put is going to freeze my assets... get them off the script as quick as you can and they soon freeze up (I have to say tho the 1st time was pretty scary, we all scarily enough) are waiting for one of these calls, and that's where they get their opportunity from..cos even if you get yourself in order, with taxes etc, you are never really 110% sure!!!

Said that there were legal charges pending against me, etc. Was a bot call too.

Think if it were real a live caller would just leave a message to call back without details, and it would be toll free. We only got the last of the message once voice mail kicked in. Just one more phone scam. The 'do not call' registry doesn't seem to be working.

I have been receiving the same call from this number.  Again, with no details on the case.  It happens at least twice a day.

I called at 7:01 BC Time.  It is constantly busy.

I called them back for fun and got someone who told me i was being investiugated for tax evasion and fraud...and I said 'really?' and he hung up...lol.

Received the same call (same number) and immediately thought is was a scam. Revenue Canada does it's business through the mail. They don't say who in your household is the one who is in trouble with Revenue Canada. 100% see through and lame.

I got the same call today from two different phone numbers: 780-378-0700 and 613-366-5569.  The caller claimed he was calling from CRA about a pending tax evasion case against me.  He didn't know my full name, current address or my marital status, and was obviously fishing.  I hung up on him before he wasted more time.

I got the same message telling me to call back 613-366-5569 or I would face all the legal consequences. I must be on a list because I am called almost daily about my "fraud" and "legal troubles". It makes me upset because of those people who won't immediately recognise it's a scam.
