Second time in a week......a woman named Lisa claiming to be from Revenue Canada said that there was a law suit filed against us for tax evasion and fraud......was actually a recording, not a real message.
Scamming [***]!!! Need to be shut down.

Also received the same recorded message from Lisa claiming to be from Revenue Canada. Can anyone explain what kind of scam this is?

I just received a call from this number for the second time  does not say who they are looking for. Just saying it's Canada revenue and it's a recording

I just received a call from 6133666844 and asking me to call back regarding a tax evasion and fraud. i don't know what kind of fraud she is talking about. Please stop making this kind of calls.

Two messages left today regarding tax fraud.  SCAM.

Just received a voicemail message right now asking me or my attorney (take note attorney) to avoid legal consequences. She did not say her name or where she is calling from. Just said Federal. It's fraud coz we dont call canadian lawyers here as attorney. Scam! This should be stopped!

Said they were calling from Washington DC but the number comes up as Canada. I'm not in Canada. Know my name. Had a strong accent. Was a male.

THIS IS SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER!!!! The CRA never... NEVER calls nor leave a message.  The CRA sends notica via snail mail ALL THE TIME... not even via email.  Received an automated call from this number and is requesting for a return call.

Same above.  It is pretty easy for telephone companies and police to trace these calls, they probably know exactly who they are.
Its just that you honest, Patriotism, nice citizens don't mean a dam to any of the people above.
