Missed call. No message. Name displayed is Ontario.

Further to my last post, I hid my outgoing number and called it back. Got a voice mail pre-recorded message which I could not understand. However, this was the same pre-recorded message and voice that was used for ANOTHER number that called me last week. I’m thinking spam/scam.

The person asked if the homeowner owned their home. When the reply was yes, they hung up.

Missed call. No message. Name displayed was YT

Called again, no name displayed. I did not answer.

asked if I was the homeowner, said I wasn't.  was hung up on.

Called, no voice mail.  Spam or Scam

Unknown numbers are not answered.  Legit callers leave a message.  This did not.  Jail them or send back to where they came from ... maybe even after castration? :-)))

Didn't reach phone in time, no message left, suspect it's telemarketing or scam; no area code shown, simply "366-6995" and "VT"

Did not recognize the phone number. Therefore, I did not answer.  No message was left. Very suspicious. No area code was shown, simply "VT 366-6995".

Caller ID said "Ontario" Woman asked if I was the home owner she had my last name,  I said yes  and she continued saying that I was eligible for some rebates but that she needed more information. I declined and asker her to remove my phone number from her list. It worked for a while but today they called back.

Please people, if you are going to report a number don't just say "I didn't answer" or "it didn't leave a message" this page is to report what interaction you had so others know what the phone number is about not what you didn't do.

this number called me yesterday and again today...display showed caller as Ontario. I did not answer because I did not recognise the number and yesterday they left no message. I checked the number and found this site and, as I suspected, these are not people that I would probably want to speak to. I have now blocked the number on my phone.

Scam!! Do not answer

I called back , a recorded message says that spamers changed their caller id to this number (called Caller ID spoofing). so ignore calls from this number and please don't call its innocent owner

I missed the call also and the display on my phone was ontario.
this is strange.
