Got this call from the Conservative Party of Canada. Did not leave any message. It seems like a contribution campaign since calling back the message stipulates "contribution".

Automated recording saying that I had won a (2 week trip for 2) to the Bahamas and Disnyland for $399.00 per person.

Same number keeps showing up, but no ones there :P Anyways that's ho i figured it was some telemarketing thing or some sort like that.

I got 3 calls from this number TODAY and I have subscribed my number to the CMA to make sure that no telemarketing companies can call my line. I hope they look on the web and realize they could be getting a major fine for calling people on a DO NOT CALL LIST.
Anyways. I'm sure its the won a free trip company as I have many friends that get the same calls. They seem to leave messages at the beginning, and then try over and over to see if you will pick up.

I got a call from this number...they asked if I support Harper and the Conservatives..she actually claimed to be from that party...I told her no and she hung up....

been calling for many weeks, no identicication, no message but they seem to be "persisitent" probably won't give up until they speak with a real person....machine dialing.

received a call for the conservative party of canada looking for money and never returned my call.

persistent calling--leaves no message--sometimes more than once a day has been calling for over 6 months

Rings then when I answer there is no one there. It hangs up on me. it is really annoying when I am in the middle of something else and this call is there. Leave me alone already!

I just got a call from this number and i don't even answer the phone anymore.

called the number back and left message for them not to call anymore. It was a machine that answered. Some lady wanting money donated. Seems odd to me cause they start calling my place at 7:30am (6:30am in their time zone) and call all day until after 9:30 at night. They called my place at 9:35pm tonight but when I called back 4 minutes later no one answered my call...something doesn't add up to me!!

finally called back and got a recording for the Conservative Party of Canada - after months of solicitations.  Left a message not to call us; we'll see what happens.

It's a scam. I get the same: they call and leave no message, or when I pick up, no one answers. It's a scam. Report the number.

just got this call tonight...asked for my wife but used her maiden name and would not give me any information...we have been married for 10 years! Then when I said she was not home asked for my mom, with her full name....she no longer lives at this address....What I want to know is why are they only asking for women???? And when I asked if I could help them they said "NO" and ended the call.....

I got a call from this number today (1st one for me), and of course they didn't leave a message on my voice mail system. Based on what I'm seeing above, I'm not going to waste time tracking them down. Another candidate for my CallStation Telemarketer sandtrap system.

Just got a call from 613-667-9996 looking for $150.00 donation for the consevative party & stephen harper. Told her that I am a widow living on a pension,no way could I afford that......not missing a beat she then asked if I could afford it next month...said no, then would I take out a membership, when I said no way she hung up in my ear!  Stephen Harper will NOT get my vote. What a scam, I am so disgusted & getting very tired of these stupid phone calls.  It seems lately that they have been getting more frequent.  I wish there were a way to stop them, but they seem to get thru no matter what you do. I am one cranky CANADIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a phone call about 30 minutes ago. The caller ID listed the phone number as being from Ontario, Canada.

The caller was a female named "Kim" who asked for one of the members of my family. I thought it rather strange so I asked who did she represent (because we get bombarded with phone scams and telemarketers daily). The voice on the other end went silent. I told them who I was in relation to the family member and that if she wasn't going to identify her company, she would not be allowed to speak to the person. Kim never replied but I could hear she was still on the line. I said "okay, have it your way" and hung up on her.

Please note: I had listed this phone number as 613-667-9966 but this was a typo on my part and was not the correct number. The number I am listing it under now, 613-667-9996, is the correct number I am posting info about.
