Whoever is running the robocaller needs training as to how best to use it.  Calling almost every day is *not* even a good way.  Simply pisses people off about a potentially useful organization!  Why try to help an irritation?

No one is "running the robocaller" since it doesn't exist.  Software is set up to dial number and if it doesn't get an answer then it simply puts the number back in the queue to be dialed over and over and over until the campaign ends or you answer the phone.

What a pain in the ass!  Any inclination I might have had to support this charity has long been extinguished because of the way it uses the phone system.  Has this charity no one in 'management' who has a clue?  JFC

I doubt that management handles day to day mundane things like getting donations as they have more important things to do.  I see a lot of people complaining but I haven't seen anyone suggest contacting the charity.  I guess it is easier to whine and complain instead of doing something to help yourself?

It isn't really, though: it's Value Village desperately trying to get your clothing donations. This must be hugely profitable.
