Branden tailor, left message that ,he is calling from crime investigation from revenue...is anyone else got this kind of phone message...pls share

The same name, Brandon Taylor, left me a voice mail saying I owe then tax mine.

I GOT CALL TODAY AND MY FATHER ANSWERED.HE  SAID THAT HE HAS AN ARREST WARRANT FOR ME AND ASKING ABOUT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I also got a call this morning from the same person and he transfered to to his supervisor 'Max Wilson' and disconnects the line. After 3 mts, received another call from the same number and said that I have involved in many Fraud cases and will send the police to arrest and depost me to my home country. I am not sure how he got my address correctly.
Initially I thought it is a April Fool joke but looks like it is not after reading the above comments.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Said they were calling from CRA and wanted me to send them money through bank draft no visa or debit . Threatened to arrest me ; officer on his way to my house in ten minutes unless I do as they say .
Said they were from a private investigation agency . They hung up after I told them that I didnt have the $2700 they wanted and I told them I would need something in writing for what I owed them.

I got this call too. He said his name was "Max Wilson" I was talking for my mom and he said You are doing a Crime that you are talking for your mom. So, he said" I did a crime and I have to pay $4000 for nothing" It's just a FRAUD.
The POLICE IS AWARE ABOUT THIS. But don't fall for this trap, They are Liying. IT'S A FRAUD! Just don't worry, they are fooling you, AGAIN IT'S A FRAUD!

Scammer extortionists operating out of India. They like to target  single women, single mothers, the elderly and recent immigrants.  Also members of the local Indian community.

If they call you just tell them in no uncertain terms that you KNOW its a scam.  

Report them to your local law-enforcement.

The guy called me and asked that he should be called at 202-459-6029 and he is from IRS and telling that there is something wrong with the taxes. The phone ID was showing 613-704-0164.

I received call from these people as officer Brian anderson and saying they have a warrant against me for tax fraud and I have to pay by cell phone. I hanged up.
