Got a message from this number. He was already talking when vmail started recording. Could barely make out what he was saying after playing it 3 times. Officer something, his heartland then said 613-704-1352, then repeated number, said something about if I don't call back, I'd be fined or something, then what sounded like "God bless".

Got called twice on Dec 18th from a woman claiming to be Officer Eric Foster. Said they were looking to hear from me or my lawyer and then went on to wish me good luck.We are not adn I suggest others not call this number back.

Just got this call too. Started talking right away on answering machine. "I wish you a good luck"...google translate??? IF OFFICER ERIC FOSTER didn't hear from me or our lawyer!! SCAM

Received several calls from this number stating it was Officer Eric Foster with the Canada Revenue Agency and I was to call back or an arrest warrant would be issued.  Have had other calls....all from area code 613 saying basically the same thing. Did not call and suggest you don't call!!!

Received a message from a women named officer eric foster and if i didnt call back or my lawyer at this no , she would issue a good luck as the situation falla on me. Didnt call back  scam

I got the exact same thing an hour ago.  Sue me!!

Very broken English; could only make out phone number, attorney and Officer Eric Foster; funny because it was a women's voice. Clearly a scam

Got same message from Officer Eric Foster. Told to call or have my lawyer call back or it would falll bad on me. Nothing bad happened in the last 5 minutes so think I'll let Officer Foster sweat it out

I got the same call from a woman with a bit of an accent saying that me or my attorney needs to call 613-704-1352.  Obviously a scam and am not calling back.
