Missed a couple of calls from this number but when I final did answer there was an automated message saying it was CRA but hard to understand what was being said.  I decided to call back and a man answered saying CRA.  I said I had just received a call, he asked my name, not wanting to give him any information I asked what company he was calling from and he hung up.  I called back, again he answered saying CRA, I asked why he hung up and he said 'because you're a $2 b****, that's why!'

A message was left on my answering machine from a computer-generated voice claiming to be 'Officer Nicki Johnson' from the Canada Revenue Agency.  The message warned:  “Don’t disregard this message & return the call before we take any action against you.”  I phoned this number and a man with an middle-eastern accent answered with "CRA."   I annoyed him by calling again several times and playing recordings from this website:   http://www.sorrygottago.com/     Then I blocked the phone number.

I have been doing income taxes for over 1/2 a century.  Received a call from someone purporting be from CRA.  This is unusual because for the type of claim the person at the other end of the line made, CRA normally starts procedures using 'snail mail.'
When I spoke to the person with a very heavy East Indian accent, their income tax knowledge did not seem very good.  They claimed to be a supervisor.  Their language was not very professional.  I am 99.9% certain this is a scam.
I wonder why the RCMP, or some local agency has not done something to put these guys out of action.  It is pure scare tactics.
Anyone who is dumb enough to fall for this pathetic con deserves it.

this number keeps leaving messages saying it's revenue Canada when I call it back they hang up

I received two automated messages from this number today which were difficult to understand but stated that I shouldn't disregard the message. I called back and a man hung up on me when I asked the reason for the call. The line was busy after that. My husband called back after the second call and the man answered, "Are you my nig***?"
