    Caller posed as someone calling on behalf of the NDP. Was looking for feedback on a proposed policy with regard to homelessness, but elements of the proposal were poorly formulated & vague, and caller was unable to clarify, was very hesitant, pausing as if he wanted to draw comments out of me, was angling to get me to 'invest' money directly in a scheme.
