This number is calling at work, home all hours, and harassing.

This company tries to reach people by using different names and phone numbers (Search2Close, Sonitrol, etc) on caller ID's.  They are trying to collect on debts.  They use a robo dialier and will call and call and call and even if you pick up, you have to wait for them to come on the line.  When you indicate to them that you are not the person they are calling and ask them to remove you from their calling list, they just add your number to another one of the crazy company names they use and hope you will answer that way.  They collect for HSN, Woman Within, Roaman's, Jessica London, Fingerhut.  They will call you and call you and if you claim you are not the person they are looking for, they don't care.  They are so sure you are and they are going to call you until you send them a payment (they feel this can be accomplished through harassment).  They call all hours of the day and night, seven days a week.  In order for them to stop calling me, I had to have my attorney send a letter to Comenity Bank, letting them know I was not the person they were looking for and to remove my phone number from their records immediately or be prepared for further legal action.  This apparently worked, because finally the calls have stopped.  Heaven help anyone who they might be looking for, if they are this persistent to find you, I can only imagine what happens when they do find you.  I cannot believe that a business can feel good about their dishonest tactics and harassment to conduct business.

Continually receive calls from Comenity Bank.  The sad thing is they cannot call where they identify themselves.  They come across on the caller ID as anyone but Comenity Bank.  If you are serious about collecting monies from those that owe you, why not identify yourself?  You can continue to call my home phone all you want, but I will never answer because I am not who you are looking for, but sure would like to find the person you are seeking so I could tell them how to sue the [***] out of you.  So many violations made.  Harassment being one of the top, releasing information to someone who is not who you are looking for and the days and hours you are calling the numbers.  When you have been asked to cease and desist, you might want to consider doing that.  Good Luck!  You'll get nothing from me but a big fat lawsuit if you don't cease and desist.

They start to call at 8:00 everyday and continues until 10:00 PM each day Sunday-Saturday. There are an average of 10-12
calls a day. Even though I have tried to make arrangement with them and the companies they represent.

They call all day every day I Wanted a Fingerhut account, qualified & have been called at Least 1,000 in the past month from this & other #'s just 1 digit away since. They Won't leave a message or answer when I pick up! Makes me Not want 2 get anything from Fingerhut at all!!!

they call my phone and my husbands phone 9 times a day say im going to court if i dont pay this and i gave them fair debt practice law said they can take me to court themselves. need help is this scam? wanted my credit card info right then over the phone refused to give it to them they wouldnt even get me to a supervisor

They have called me also numerous times on both my mobile & landline using different incoming phone numbers. Today they came in on my caller id as Sonitrol 614-212-5288. I didn't answer and no message was left on either of my phone numbers.

Call every 5 minutes.

caller id shows name as Sonitrol... they do not leave messages.

Non Stop Calling

I would direct all of you to Sec. 806 of the Fair Debt Collections Act.  They are NOT allowed to call you continuously.  They called me 50 times in a week and even though I have an answering machine they NEVER left a message.  This is harassment and/or abuse according to that section and they are liable for $1,000 in damages.  Try telling them that the net time they call.

Sonitrol-614-212-5288 calls but doesn't leave message- who are they?

This number is harassing me, calling me at least 15 times a day and I block the numbers but they keep calling me from different one. No voice mail messages have been left. Just a robot voice then a hang up.

they call repeatedly even after 8 pm sick of it

They call 20 times a day, it's for Gardner white or other credit line companies, they won't stop calling until you give them a date you'll make a payment. They are rude and harassing and have terrible customer service!!!

COMENITY BANK... I owe New York & Company.  Just pay your bill and they'll stop calling.  Not a scam.

Late payment because of illness and financial difficulties.  I will make payment on 5/13/20..
