No message left, unrecognized number. Blocked.

Got a call from 614-212-5292 claiming she is from Community Bank and had my file from Gordman's and that it would be beneficial to me to call them back. I knew it was a scam and deleted and blocked the call. You should do the same.

They have beencalling everyday for weeks . Finally left a message for someone we do not even know  . This women left a threatening message and I don't like it at all . She can't know who she is talking or she would know better I do not play games

They call and ask for "Kelly McNeal". Says "Comenity" or "Comenity Bank". No idea who they are, who Kelly is and I don't care. Stop trying to scam people!

Comenity Bank, which is easily found on the internet, issues credit cards for various businesses.  Most likely they are trying to call that person because of an overdue bill.

I received a message saying that they were trying to contact someone who does not live at this address. After reading the above I was considering not calling back. I returned the call and explained the situation. I was told that my land-line number had been confirmed as the persons cell phone number back in January. I again explained that the person they were after was not known to me and never lived at this address. I received an apology and was told that she made a note in the computer database saying never to call my number again. We'll see.

I am experiencing the same problems aforementioned. However, today, they left a very threatening message that I needed to call them about a very important matter.  Since I am up to date on my credit card, I am blocking this number, too. If anyone has any business with me, they can write me. They call me both on my cell and landline.

Missed call, left a voicemail claiming to be Mr Galvin from Commenity bank saying they had received personal info of mine and that if I don’t already have an attourney to contact one today and call him back to get the issue resolved. He also said that if I choose not to respond that he will assume that i have no intentions of resolving the issue and he will have to take the next step. I do owe money to Commenity for my VS card but this is not the number they normally call from and they don’t leave messages like this. This message is too vague and I don’t trust it. Even my attourney for a car accident case said it’s likely a scam and not to call back. Hope this helps.

Comenity bank. Her name was Miss something. She called from this number. Another one called from 18668672508 with extension numbers. They claim it's an 'Important' matter. The only thing is, they're phishing for numbers because they called from someone I know, and I'M NOT THEM!

Called me left message this is a very urgent call call us back. No name just a number. I didnt call back.

Called around 7:30pm EST earlier this week and left a message, asking for someone I don’t know in regards to an ‘important matter’ as others have stated. Said the person had to call back by 8pm. Did not return the call and blocked them.

This is Commenity Bank.  Either you or someone you know owes them.  Probably for a store credit card.

I had a call today from 614-212-5292 on my cell phone. The recorded message said she (Kenya) has an important message for (xxxxx).  Within a minute my landline rang. Same caller ID, same message. Here’s where it gets interesting ... there’s no one by that name here. I’ve had this number for nearly 40 years. My landline did identify the call as Comenity Bank.

The recorded message said “important message for Xxxx. The name she said is someone I have never heard of. Since I’ve had my landline for nearly 40 years it’s weird why they called. They also called my cellphone which I’ve had for 10 years or more.
