Called asking for someone that doesn't exist in company. Said re: delinquent bill. Asked for more information, but gal was really rude and said "If that person doesn't exist, how are you supposed to help me?"

Asked for person by wrong name - obviously a telemarketer attempting to peddle services or they were making a harassing collections call as this is a business. Person said her name was Lisa. I asked who her employer is and she replied asking who mine is. I guess she didn't know who she called. She said her last name is the same name as the person she asked for originally - but mispronounced it. I said I'll file a police report and make sure this stops here. She started yelling and went bizzerk. She then offered to get the police on 3-way. At which point she hung up or went on hold for a long time - couldn't tell. I hung up - I don't need her help to get her in trouble.
