Definitely a scammer. Calls every day at the same time.

This is NOT the NRA.  Through use of VOIP (Voice over IP) services, they are illegally forging their number and caller ID.  Because scammers use VOIP to forge calling information, the calls might not even be coming from 614-350-7981.  The NRA does not call late at night, or early in the morning.  Report this to do not call list and if you live in Ohio especially near Lockbourne where the calls are supposedly coming from, you could file a police report for telephone harassment too.

The NRA or National Rifle Association has hired Infocision Management to make calls on their behalf for money.  They are allowed to call you from 8 am to 9 pm your time.  Since they are not selling anything they do not have to scrub their call lists using the registry.  Since they are a third party they must stop calling when told to do so.  This is not a police matter and if they do take a report it will simply go into the round file cabinet.
