World Financial Bank is calling to collect on accounts for Victoria Secret, Metro Style, etc. If this number is calling you are probably late on a payment for something.

This is a collection agency. This company calls often and has very rude employees. DO NOT settle with this company, instead call the customer service of the card they are collecting on and deal with them directly.

I agree with Em... they call all the freakin time and its over a measly $100 or so. I definitely wont be dealing with them.

I get calls from them all the time- I owe Victoria's Secret 140.00. They don't even leave messages when they call.

They call several times a day, even after all my accounts were paid in store There is ussually no one there, but THEY KEEP CALLING! They have another number too, and between the 2 numbers I estimate 10 calls a day.

it must be New York store that i bought some stuff for my wife...

they haven't even sent me the store credit card yet...

i think the business practice these stores are using are close to fraud and scam as it can be.... you sign up in-store but never receive the card or bill in the mail so they try to collect from you thus hurting your credit score...

I don't own a store card so they have the wrong number. I assume that is why they aren't leaving a message when they hear my vmail.  how does one get their number off their list?

Calls come all day long , I answered and was told it was my Victoria Secret acct and it was $65 late. It wasn't I had just sent $10. less by mistake the month before and they added it to a bill I had not yet recieved. I spoke to them $th of July morning on the second call and told them I would send it out. I have had eight calls on my caller ID in two days. Just wait till I call VS and cancel my card.

ive had my phone for 3 days and have been called 9 times

I just received a call from this number, and evidently it's linked to VS. Like someone else, not only have I not received my physical card, I haven't even received a bill.

I have the very same problem with them.  Isn't there some sort of law against them calling that many times a day?

One morning after paying my bill I received 14 calls all within  3 mins. of each other.  There must be something someone can do to stop this type of harassment.

I was getting these calls on my cell phone.  For a while I was turning it off because of the constant ringing over a bill I paid.  Insead of missing the important calls, I saved the number as Stupid Company and set the ringer on that particular entry as no ringer.  This may help you as well.  They will still call but at least I wont go running for the phone when they do.

I got two of the calls, but didn't answer them because the area code was nothing I recognized. When I did answer, I told them that the person they were inquiring about no longer lived there, because that was true.  The next day, I got 4 phone calls.  It was regarding a "personal business matter".  

The woman on the phone was unbelievably rude and extremely ill-mannered.  I wonder if this agency hires people off the streets?

They call and ask from someone named Brook.  I do not know who Brook is and this is not her number.  Stop calling!

I've had a dozen calls from "World Financial Bank" asking for "Shawna" this week. I have no idea who she is, tell them they have the wrong number, and they just hang up-- then a few hours later someone else calls asking for her again. Any way to get this to stop?

NCO Financial uses WFNNB to harass NCO debtors. If you are an NCO debtor and you answer the phone, no one will respond. Call will automatically terminate.
