Yep. Calls umpteen times a day.

Calls constantly and claims to have "personal" business to discuss, even called my old phone number. Not sure how to get the calls to stop. Advice?

They're collection calls for credit cards such as the Maurice's card. Apparently my check got lost in the mail and now that it's late, they call a gazillion times in one day. They start calling at like 6 am and will not stop until around 10p. Legally they're not allowed to call before either 8 or 9 am or after 9 pm. If they are doing this to you report them to the better business bureau. I would also recommend speaking to a supervisor to put you on their do-not-call list if you're not the one they're looking for.

If they are a collections agency, I have no bad debt with any account and the calls need to stop.

I just got a call from these people and it's not for me.... get a app called Call Blocker,it's FREE....works like charm you can BLOCK CALLS AND TEXTS so they don't bother you and the phone doe's not ring. Add to your contacts label it so you know who it is, then go to the app and set it up very easy  Viola!

They are calling me from this number 1-614-729-5608 up to 8 times daily even at night. they leave no messages and it will only register the number but not so the name caller. It seems to me that it has to be a collection agency. Be very careful, do not answer.

I called this number back and it was for an account through Comenity Bank for Victoria Secret. The call was for the Ex of my significant other and they refused to remove the number unless they can speak with her. I told them that she does not live at the number they are calling. They asked me to reach out to her to remove the number as they would not do so. I told them absolutely not, that it was harassment to continue to call when they have been advised that they are calling a wrong number. They told me unless they can speak to her, there was nothing that they can do. I told them I would be happy to five them all of the contact info for her that I had available and they declined that as well. My last words were... "I will be calling and writing to corporate as well as my attorney." The associate VERY SARCASTICALLY stated that they apologized and thank you sooooo verrryyy much for being apart of the Victoria Secret Community.

It's 2015 now and these collectors are still calling.  There is NO WAY to stop the calls.  In my case they are looking for an ex-girlfriend.  It does NO good telling them you don't have contact with the person.  Once your in their system your there forever or until the debt is paid.  I just don't answer the calls and let the phone ring.

Mute, get a call blocker or call blocking app.  In addition you might want to answer one of those calls and tell them to cease and desist.  Ask for a physical address and send them a cease and desist letter.  If they call you again you can sue them for $1500 for EACH call.  Read here:

The free call blocker works great except when I'm on another call and a harassment call comes then it dropped my first call everytime. I had to take the app off my phone because this number call 500 times a day.

A very threatening call yelling me to return the call now or all I can do is wish you luck. This man has a very weird accent.
