This is a business telephone number they call at least 15 to 20 times a day please stop calling

I keep getting calls from this number so I called it back and it is World Financial Network National Bank and World Financial Capital Bank. If you have a credit card with any of these stores then that is what they are calling for.

This was a valid collection call from New York & Company about a past due bill. In this case, I appreciated the opportunity to bring my account up to date.These are good guys.

If you have asked the company to stop calling in writing, then you may be able to sue them under the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act).  This is the same statute that is used to sue junk fax companies.  The statutory damage award is $500 for each call and $1,500 per call if they have violated the statute wilfully.  

You should also get copies of any phone bills that show the dates and times of the incoming calls.  If your phone bill doesn’t show this information, then you should use a call log to keep a record of the dates and times.  I have posted a sample log on my web site that you can download and fill out.  http://www.sue4abuse.com/files/Download/Collection_Log.pdf

Stop calling me! I do not Know the  number, I have starred 69 to find out the number and do not know the people and/or the company. If they have business with me they should have the common courtesy to at least leave info on message so I have option to respond.

This is a collection call from World Financial Network National Bank. It could be for a Victoria's Secret account, Lane Bryant account, etc.
They don't let up so easiest thing to do besides pay your bill is to block the phone #.

Call under various numbers, in addition to 614 729 6078.  All say "World Financial".  VERY ANNOYING.  They call several times a day, 7 DAYS A WEEK, and never leave a message!  Call as early as 8:20 am, and as late as 9:00 pm or later!  Here are the other numbers they use - they are all blocked on my new portable phone system from Target, so at least I only hear one small ring now, and it makes me smile knowing they are blocked!:

this number calls my cell at least 5-8 times a day and no one answers when u say hello

They have called me from 8 different numbers at least 5 different times a day in three days and always a minute apart.  It started on 12/29 and they even called me on New Years Eve, and New Years day.  These people are relentless.
