I get calls from 614-729-6079 5times a day.
And no one speaks over the phone, It just hangs up in 30sec.
Crazy.

I constantly get calls from this number too. I'm really worried about this. I would suggest that no one answer these calls.

I get calls from here all the time... several times a day.. i think its really annoying and if I do pick up no one is there.

My house has been getting this call lately and all i know its WFNNB (World Financial Network National Bank) I don't care who they are and what they are doing on my credit report. Im not picking it up.

Cell phone rings at 11:07 a.m Sunday morning. By the time I get to the phone it has hung up, no message. Then I see this number scrolling across my phone. I have no idea who this is, but yesterday I received 5 other unwanted calls from telephone numbers I didn't recognize. The only people that have my cell phone number are family members and close friends. Where are these clowns coming from all of a sudden?? I have my cell phone on the no calls list. Obviously it is not working!!

This number is for WFNNB. World Financial Network National Bank. They handle in-store credit cards like: Victoria Secret, Spiegel, Newport-News, Eddie Bauer, etc. They also call from a Kansas City based number: 913-563-5524.
They are extremely aggressive and obnoxious when seeking to collect debt, late payments, etc., and they use few legal, but MANY, illegal tactics to get money out of you. Insults, harassment, incessant calling, and they refuse to identify who they are when they call. You are within your legal right to ask the caller their name AND business name . If they do NOT tell you who they are, hang up. Also, if they do not tell you who they are, you do not have to identify yourself. EVER. Never identify yourself first to anyone at anytime on the phone.
How to proceed in the future:

1. Caller ID. It will help you log the amount and time of calls. Also gives you the option to pick up or not.

2. Ask/Demand the idenity of the caller and business. If they refuse to identify, hang up. Never identify yourself first. EVER.

3. Stay current on your debts and payments. If you need to disscuss payment and debt options, YOU call the company that you signed up with. That way, you know exactly who you're talking to, where the money is going to go, and when.

And please remember: The retail stores have minimal involvement at the COLLECTING LATE credit card payments and debt level. Be kind to the retail sales people and in-store/company customer service. They are NOT the ones calling you, but they will be more than happy to help you pay on your account(s). WFNNB is the one that is the pain in the ass. If you feel like bitching, like I'm sure most of you do, call WFNNB and yell at them. That's what they're apparently paying their service help to do, so even if it sounds a little ridiculous, it might make you feel just a tad better, to call them up and tell them to go F*** themselves. (just don't tell them who you are! very important!) LOL!

I am having the same problem, ongoing daily calls to my cell phone; no messages are left.

Called at 845, AM, isnt that illegal?Anyway I will either not answer, or answer and lay my phone on the table for a minute, just to piss em off. They wouldnt want to piss me off, I dont care how aggressive they are, I would hurt their feelings. Call all you want idiots, I dont care, I will just keep not answering, or laying my phone down so you can talk to yourself for a minute before I hang up. Get a real job anyway.

by law they can call anytime between 8AM-9PM.  For exact laws regarding the subject it is best to look up the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act.

I received several call from them with no message.  I answered a call from 614-729-6079.  The first time I answered I heard nothing.  They called back.  After much back and forth I found out its The Limited calling because I paid the incorrect amount on my bill and it was now past due.  

I would be nice if they would leave a message in the future and save the headache of wondering who is stalking you by phone.

It's WFNNB. They were calling me about my Express credit card.

Well WFNNB is the company that ownes Express clothing store, I got this call & did not answer but it now makes sense.

I keep getting calls and it’s a voice recording saying they’re “Commity Bank” and to call them back at a 1-800 number. I called and they were asking for all my information.  I hung up.

Saved Photo Thia is the voicemail they leave. The blank says “Commity Bank” not Community Bank.
