This number called a few times without leaving messages, and hanging up on my answering machine.

Didn't leave no message, so I googled 'em good and found this here place. I'd no idea my afternoon caller was someone of nefarious purposes!

This number belongs to World Financial Network. I called the number on 04/03/07 and the recorded message identified the company.

Yeah, I googled the number and found this place too, they've been calling me at least twice a day for over 2 weeks. Sometimes as early as about 7:30, it's aggravating. Thanks for the info.

yep, getting the call here every friggin day here too. who the hell are they and what would they want?

yep, i'm getting calls from this number as well. They are calling all day long and sometimes one minute after they just try to call. What do they want? If it is not important enough to leave a message why keep calling.

Called me at 3:42pm 4/3/07 and 4:09pm 4/4/07.  I looked a little deeper on Google, and it looks like they're World Financial Network National Bank (WFNNB), and they handle accounts for Lane Bryant, Roaman's, all Redcat USA credit cards, Chadwicks, Brylane, Jessica London, etc.  They didn't leave a voicemail either time, but it makes sense because I forgot to make a payment on my Lane Bryant account.  I just paid online, so I'll update and let you guys know if they keep calling me, but from reading around, it looks like they're ruthless and will keep on calling and calling.  Fun fun!

They have been calling me just about every day for the past week at random times. Sometimes as early as 8:30 in the a.m or as late as 5:30 p.m. I don't have any idea why they would not leave a message but continue to call.

Thanks! I did not know who or where this call was coming from. I found out that they are based out of Rockford Illinois. If the phone is not picked up they will not leave a message, just hang up.

They often call at diffrent times of the day early in the morning, on sunday, or late at night. Do not leave a message.

they call from 8:30am till 8:30 pm...leave no message and are rude on the phone.

This place has called my cell phone over 15 times in the past week and 3 or 4 times at work. I have no idea why they are calling or for what. I have no credit card balances nor do I have accounts with any of the companies listed below and they are really starting to make me mad. If they are too lame to leave a message, I refuse to call back. I will be calling my cell provider to have their number blocked for harassment.

Been getting calls for the past 3 weeks, starting at 7 am and ending at 11:30 pm. They FINALLY left message today and it went on for about 3 minutes, but I don't think they knew it was recording because it sounded like someone at a party or something. Very loud.

I have no idea why they'd be calling me.  I do have an account with Lane Bryant but nothing is overdue.  I work hard to make sure things are paid on time.

Ditto here.  These calls come at ALL TIMES -- earlier & later than any other telemarketer (or whatever it is)  Been getting them for at least three weeks or so.  Kind of comforting to know others are being harassed too.

same here - calling constantly. after finding this thread i told the silent partner that i dont wanna hear from "world financial network" anymore and the connection was terminated... weird weird...
