If it is Comenity Bank, they would have left voice mails regarding the problem and a phone number to call back. But no, they just keep calling and calling and leaves no voice mails. I tried calling them back, it rung once then  went straight to an automatic voice thing and then it just rings on forever and no one picks up. Most likely scams and it’s really annoying getting multiple calls everyday and it needs to stop!!!

Hello there, I missed a credit card payment and this is the automated system from the Comenity bank reminding me of that.
Comenity also handles many other store branded credit cards like Wayfair, and more . So if you getting a call from this number stop hiding and pay your bills.

So YOU are a DEADBEAT who didn't pay your bills & you have the nerve to come on to this site & tell others what to do??

Another Comenity Creep burns his lunch hour to obsess over cowards, deadbeats, and thieves, the only personality types found at the collections office and in their own mirrors. The comment behind yours describes a company which won't leave messages and won't answer return calls. Maybe you're the ones who need to stop hiding and pay some respect.

This number called twice today, I answered the second and it was just silent. Why waste the time calling someone if your not going say anything when someone answers the phone.

They dial hundreds of numbers at a time.  It is called an "abandoned call".  Look it up.

Scam likely. Leaves no msg!

A lady with a really strong Asian accent called. Could barely hear her & was impossible to understand. Did not identify herself or her company until we asked her about 10 times. Finally asked her to have a supervisor that spoke English more clearly to call us back & hung up on her.  We do have a couple of accounts with Comenity Bank but they usually email (not call us) if there is any issues.

This number calls multiple times a day & does not leave messages. How do I put a stop to this, report this number and find out who it is behind the call?
