Comnenty Bank is actually a credit card provider for multiple store credit cards, Lane Bryant, Woman Within, Catherines, Kingsize direct etc.and this is usually a reminder of amount past due on credit card

That may be but since scammers spoof legitimate phone numbers, one should never trust a random caller to be who they claim. If they tell you your bill is past due, don't pay them! Instead, hang up and call a known number for them, such as the one on the back of your card.  Never give some random caller money, no matter who they claim to be.

Do not have any credit cards with that bank this seems to be a spam operation will not answer spam calls....
