I called the number for Global Locating Services and asked for a physical address so that I could send them a certified letter (without identifying myself). "Lisa" put me on hold and then came back to give me the following:

They do not want you to know their actual physical location because it is a scam.

I have done more searching and it would appear that Staples stopped accepting mail from the US Postal Service in 2017. I am not sure if that is all locations though.

There is a UPS store there and I would be willing to bet that the Suite # is a mail box in that facility.

Tried to collect on a debt that was settled (in writing) over 15 years ago. Unbelievable. How is this legal? I told them to sue me, because I would love to countersue. These people are POS.
