They called to inform me of a delinquent loan and that I have an arrest warrant out for me.  It was sent to their office to resolve the issue so the court would not proceed with charges.  And it was from over four years ago.   Also, gave me a fake company name and could not give me the name of the company I supposedly had a loan with.  According to National Consumers League, you cannot be arrested for failure to pay a loan and they should be reported.  I tried to call the number back and got a message machine with no company name or anything just your standard voicemail from the cellular phone company.  They get your information off the internet.

They left message on my vmail saying I must call them back immediately - if not I will beconsidered to be divert to counsel.  . I did not call them back nor will  I.   They identified themselves as Connie Roberts Pretrial Intervention.

I got the same exact message about ten mins ago. If you call back you get a generic voice mail box. Or at least I did.

I got the same exact voice mail a few minutes ago. Funny thing is they didn't say who they were calling for. I'm not calling them back. Sounds shady to me.

I just got the same message stating that if I don't call back today then it would be noted as being delinquent and they cant help me. SCAM!!!

First left a voicemail saying what they said to others. I called them and they were saying  I had a loan and that the check I wrote them bounced. They had my name, previous address and current bank. I called the police and they said verified it was a scam.

They called both my boyfriend and I. I tried to call back and got no answer and left a voicemail. He answered when they called and was hung up on the first time. He called back and they said he had a pay day loan that was delinquent. They had our address from 4 years ago. He polietly was asking them questions and they were very rude in return. He said "a little less attitude would be nice" and the woman basically said that she wouldnt talk to him and was submitting his case then hung up. He called again and asked to speak with a supervisor. The "agent" replied with "supervise these" and hung up the phone. LOL. Its most certainly a scam.
