They keep on calling my cell phone and when I pick up they ask for someone else. I explain to them they ahve the wrong person and they just hang up on me.

They lied to you.  The numbers are maintained in a database.  The software should allow for a wrong number exclusion to the auto dialer.  In my cease communication letter, I informed them that if their IT people didn't know how to exclude numbers, I would be glad, for a consulting fee, to teach them!  I used to write auto dialer software.

I have been harrassed by calls from this number for nearly three weeks. They have my cell number by mistake associated with one of thier customers. I have spoken with several of thier reps asking them to remove my number. They assure that it will be done but I continue to get calls. The numbers are programmed in an auot-dialer system that brings it up to be called at certatin intervals. I went to Ford Motor Credit web site and sent an email to Ford Customer Service. I hope that will help.

I got a call on a Friday from the number (615) 315-2669 to my cellphone but they didn't leave a message. The next morning I got a call at 8:00 am... still no message.  So I called them (because I wondered who would call at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning?).

They said they were calling about my Ford Mustang and I was delinquent on the payment and had an immediate balance due of $2400.00 (which matched the amount owing on the car). However, I knew that I was not delinquent in my payments and the next payment wasn't due for 3 weeks. They were totally rude, threatening, and treating me with disrespect. They asked me to verify my address... which I didn't do. Since Ford has my address and sends me a bill every month.

I asked them not to call me and that I would deal directly with Ford.  They told me they were Ford (lie).

They called me a total of 6 times over the weekend and again early Monday morning.

As soon as Ford Customer Service was open on Monday I called them and they told me that I could just continue to make my payments as I had been doing... and that the collection agency was trying to get me to make the final balloon payment (so they could get their percentage).

Too bad Ford isn't aware of how their customers are being mistreated by this agency.

this number calls once a day, i have paid my payments to ford credit and we are up to date, they will not stop calling everyday and everyhour they dont get the hint. I deal with someone directly with ford credit and have her personel number and extension. I heard they try and collect money and they are not even from ford credit, out of Tennesse?

A man by the name of Gammon left a message on my cell phone and told me to call Ford Motor Credit.  I don't have an account with them and never have.  I don't know where they got my cell phone number.  I've had the same number for over 10 years.  The girl said the number would be erased from their data base.  We'll see.

This group must be paid per call. FMCC and I are all caught up now and this out-fit now calls to ask when I will be paying my upcoming payment.I called the real FMCC this morning and told them if they did not put a stop on this non-english speaking collection contractor, my next phone call was to my attorney general's office. I was assured it would be looked into, we will see.

This is Ford Motor Credit's collection #.  The number comes up as TENN CALL 615-315-2669 They don't leave messages.  Called me @ 5-6 times per day until I called Ford Motor Credit direct and made payment arrangments.  If you have fallen behind in payments ask them if you can defer a couple of payments to the end of your loan.  They did for me on all 5 of my cars with them (corporate and personal).  They are very helpful and will work with you.  The key is to communicate with them and any other debt collector if you fall behind in payments.

I've received calls from this number on my cell for over a year,and they never leave a message. How they got my number is beyond me.

These folks called 4 times in less than 24 hours. Over an account that is overdue by less than 20 days! And has never been in arrears!

So they get a little bit worried and they ---

- call at all hours of the day and night! Using a caller ID spoof!

This is to the [***] from tennessee who said that they should have made the payments during the last three months. We know you work for them dumbass. Don't come here pretending to be a consumer. You work for these debt vultures.

Answered last night, no response, called again this morning, no voicemail. I do have a ford lease that I just recently bought out, the morons probably haven't updated their system.

I get a call from this number 4 or 5 times a day and I'm a whole 10 days late.  I think they also caller ID spoof so the number "0" comes up.
