Second call from (615) 550-0779, caller ID Proclaim Inc.  Did not pick up, caller left no message.  I wonder if caller who called three days ago with same number but different area code (215) 550-0779 and caller ID Newtown, PA is somehow connected?

Both numbers have called me as well. I would be willing to bet it's a call room waiting for someone to pick up so they can sell your number and let sales callers know the best time to call. I've gotten a lot of calls that when no one picks up they hang up with no message. I signed up on a "Do Not Call" website but it has never worked. The government probably sold my number to places like this for some extra cash.
