615-622-2499

This is a call I received on my land line. I answered it because it was a "615" prefix and I have doctors in the "615" area. I should have known not to answer it but I did anyway. I've had calls like this before on my cell phone and I ignored them and the bogus voice messages. It's the calls that say a person has been named in a lawsuit and they need you to call before 48 hours or you'll have to go to court or jail...some foolishness like that. What do these con artists do, observe the numbers you call and devise a plan to further harass and bother you? I mean come on. I would be ashamed to even consider this type of dumb scam. I'm wondering why the people or person that's behind this type crap don't just get a REAL job and stop wasting their time and so called talent sitting around premeditating illegal acts? Why not get a decent job that'll keep them out of jail/prison. Geesh, man I'm so sick and tired of garbage like this.

My husband received the phone call from this number pretaining to me about a loan I had out with an internet company. He gave my husband all my personal information. I call the local number that afternoon and spoke a gentleman that was very rude and demanded that I would be taken to court if I did not settle or make arrangement to him. He has my ss# ,birthday, address,. His name Is John Spencer. How do we get our life and personal information sercured? We try so hard to better our lives and we have people out in the world that feeds off this.

I had a woman call me today about an old charge card that I paid off years ago. She told me that the credit card company obtained them to collect on an old out standing debt. I got down right rude with her. I told her 1) this debt was paid years ago 2) I want paperwork from the original company, stating what I owed and 3) I told her she was a scam artist..that I was taping our conversation and that I am taking the tape to my local sheriffs office. Needless to say...she hung up on me. They get our info off of the internet. She even asked me to verify my address. I told her absolutely not. I told her if you are legit then you should have all this info.

This person called today on mine and my husbands phone they had all my personal info stating that I had obtained a master card from some jewelry store from 2003 which is untrue.  When I demanded proof the man or woman I really could not tell became verbaly abusive and yelling at me. I ask to speak with a supervisor and they refused.  I don't know what to do about this. They said I had made my decision and that they would see me in court.

I never answer unknown numbers. This one left me a message saying they wanted to " make me an offer on some property I had for sale" (did not identify what or where it was). Obvious scam since I have no property for sale.
