this person called and wouldn't say a word after I said hello 4 times, then I just hung up, I don't like when these [***] keep bothering people

Just got a call from this number. Caller ID showed Nashville, TN. I don't know anybody in TN.  They didn't leave a message - no surprise.  I never answer a number I don't recognize.

Just got a similar call, blank message, on my cell phone.

I just got a call from this number (615 647 0948) no one said anything, I called back and got a disconnect notice. its a pain somewhere to get these!!

Rec'd call from this number on Friday 10JAN14 (615) 647-0948 @ 4:45pm - Hang-up.

Called back the number today, and recorded message says, the number is not in service.  Seems like someone is using a "Fake Telephone number generator" to scam / tele-market people so they cannot be traced.

Just got a call from that number. No a word was pronounced by whoever was calling. You can block this caller with iPhone5 or 5S. Hope it will work,

I received a call on my land line from this number - it has been ringing daily for at least one month.  I usually don't answer, but tried to today - no one was on the line.

I got a call from (615) 647-0948 and the gentleman on the other end of the line was very kind, we spoke for about 10 minutes about general topics, weather, politics, movies and then he kindly said goodbye.

just kidding, I said "hello" four times and the line was disconnected.

Same experience... is there a monitor on this site who will investigate further and report their findings for the reason for the calls from (615) 647-0948? It seems that the service is simply going thru a list of tel nos. to confirm they are valid numbers so they can sell to cos. for marketing purposes?? Just a guess..

Got the call on 03/06/2014 from this #, did not answer call, they left no message.

Same as everyone else here -- disappointed because I was so looking forward to chatting about the weather with that urbane gentleman described by Stephen, above  ;-). Snif.
