    Caller first texted my friend (while she and I were texting each other) asking if she knew me. Told her I said to call her for a good time. They texted me saying random childish things: wanted a pizza, ask my dog to stop biting them, I told on Anne Frank)
    They called us both several times from a bathroom but never spoke. After blocking them they left a few voicemails but never spoke.
    Another text saying they didn't want to leave a message.
    They were using an app: TextNow
    A phone # search said the number was Unlisted.
    The app works off Wi-Fi, generates a new phone # and can be used on a tablet.
    I have no hopes in finding out who they are or how they obtained both of our phone numbers.
