    From "Legal Mediation", wanting my atty of record, because by law it must be attached to my case....ooooooo! I'm SCARED! ESPECIALLY since they don't ID what firm's  "LEGAL MEDIATION", don't ID WHOSE atty of record they need, doesn't ask for anyone specifically, & they leave a message that mentions legal case, which I don't believe they can legally do...

    First of all for the record. Anybody that has a warrant against you is NOT going to call you first, that way they can serve you. Forewarning means you can choose not be home when they try to serve a warrant. It is a way to get you to call back so they can get you to send them money which they are not entitled to.
