615-656-3375

Received a VM from 615-656-3375 saying the are from "Qualcare - that is affiliated with Health Republic Insurance Company" wanting to explain health benefits to me.  It was a live person who used my first name.

I did not call back first wanting to verify this call and phone number is legit (although any CID can be spoofed) and if there is any known information that this organization is who they say.  I have found no listing for this number belonging to anyone in google nor anything in 800-notes. If this is in fact a health insurance company I would expect to find a lot of information about them tied to this phone number.

I am leaving this here if anyone else gets a call too.
