    Said they were with osha wanted to make sure we were compliant.... Asked if we done all our work ourselves or if we sub contracted... We do all our work ... Then he stated that this call does not pertain to us and hung up... Sounds like someones fishing to me..

    ID showed 615-656-5779 but the guy gave a call back number as 928-237-3073 (Flagstaff, AZ).  Identified himself as Shawn (or Sean) and with OSHA.  Don't know if it is legitimate.  Heard a lot of voices in background as if it might be telemarketers. Called a number on OSHA Flagstaff AZ web site.  He did not identify himself as OSHA.  Called OSHA Phoenix AZ said they only dealt with government.  Why would AZ be interested in TN?  Apparently Shawn sounds shady.
