the leaf chronicle will not stop calling me. ive told them a few time to remove my number from their list. they keep calling. they always ask why i dont want the paper. when i give my answer they always laugh like im ridiculous.

Wants me to save money by buying the Tennessean. I'm saving more money by not buying the slanted newspaper.

Since they are slowly running out of home delivery customers they are calling and calling to keep their heads above water...............WHO cares????  for $23.00 they can keep their RAG.  They now have added online to their subscriptions and increased prices, BUT you can not opt-out so you have to pay the higher price?????  They are relentless as are all failing businesses, don't buy, don't answer, don't care.    OR you can order and then cancel, hey, you have the right to change you mind.  I used to tell them I buy at a store when I felt like it, and they hate that and a while back took the TV guide out of the sunday paper unless you get home delivery, so you can see they don't care about you................they give less and prices go up and you should just pay it and don't call customer service as they are terrible people.  Maybe someone can find the big cheese(s) home phone number and let us know it so we can call them very often also??????

This number calls non stop. sometimes 5 times a day. I have spoken to several people and told them to stop calling me i dont want their newspaper and they still call. I started out the first 50 times being nice because im just not a rude person. Not its to where i dont know what to do. There has to be something else that can be done. Ive documented all the times ive told them to stop calling as well as  the times i havent answered or just hung up on them.

Also received call , didnt answer, no message left. Calling back leads to Tennessean subscriber voice mailbox. Am on donotcall registry. Will file complaint.

I subscribed to the Tennessean for over twenty years, but as the rates increased I decided to change to wk end only subscription.  Then a couple of months later found a web site: Newspaper Discount Corp. or something like that..Tennesssean was $6 less per mo. with them.  A month later the Tennessean charged me the wkend rate as I was getting full delivery from the other site..confused me!  So I called and they said they were sorry, they forgot to cancel when I asked them to, a month earlier.  Now the discount contractor FOR the TENNESSEAN refused to service me as THE TENNESSEAN says I am an ACTIVE subscriber..what a bunch of nonsense.  I am through with the TENNESSEAN in any form.
