This is a company called Merchant Services, that instead of a call center, they have representatives around the country call and then would presumably come to your business and give you the credit card processing information.     Basically a telemarketer, but its people who call from their home phone/cell phone instead of a call center

[***] said she was with merchant services. I told her I don't want a credit card processor. She said she wasn't selling me one. Then she tried selling me one. [***] lied.
