Any idea as to who this call is from?

Get calls from this number occasionally.  When I say "hello?" there is a recorded voice coming back with "hello, hello" each hello coming about 2 seconds apart.  Nothing else happened in a few seconds so I hung up.

I get a call from this number every couple of days - never anyone there if I answer - never leaves a message.

The Moron at 615-866-3937 has called every few days since he started on 5 May 2014. Never leaves a message. So I placed him on my Block List! Still he continues trying! ... His name apparently is "Out Of Area!" I have no Family or Friends by that name, so he missed his shot at me!

Calls everyday and never say's anything.

they call every couple of days - don't leave a message and no one answers if I do.  i just called the number from another phone - was a recording FBCS a financial corporation.  "This is an attempt to collect a debt".  The calls must be computer generated, and if there is an answer, there is a delay before a rep picks up the phone.
