"This is a sales associate from Diamond Resorts International, a Time Share company, offering a Vegas 4 day vacation for $95. You must agree to attend a 2 hour high pressure sales presentation."

Foe the 5-7 days I have been receiving phone calls from this phone number, 615-866-6728. Initially I answered because I saw that it was a local phone number. No one replied when I answered.  After a long silence I hung up. A few hours later they called again and no answer only this time they hung up on me. Now I just ignore or reject the calls. I wish I could make them stop interrupting my extremely busy day.

I am on the do not call list these people called me 4 times today once at 5pm then 5:21 pm , then 5:33pm and 5:34 pm . I don't want them to call me any more.

Why don't you put that number on a Reject List.  Then they will still try to call you on your smartphone but your phone will not ring when they call.
