Obviously, because "steve" was so vehement about never (to the thirtieth power) calling back a number that calls you (although that tends to ignore half of what a phone is for).  But who are we to question the reasoning of someone who knows the rare skill of cutting and pasting the same phrase multiple times?
Besides, do you really think that someone who thinks that such a post is actually admonishing someone who posted nearly two and half years earlier would be able to give us a reason that would actually make any sense?  Odds are, the only answer you would get would be "Because!".

Called me this morning at 7:26am, caller Ntvd. Did not call back, deleted as soon as I researched and saw this thread-- advise others to do the same!

Called. I answered and they hung up. No voicemail set up on the number. Now seeing this, the number has been doing this since 2023
