The caller plays a recording that sounds as if it is a real person. "Oh hi, you caught me with my head-set off and hahaha, I just want to tell you that you stayed at a place with us recently and we have a special...."
If you try to ask a question of her, the recording keeps playing. SCAM!  BLOCKED!
Also uses another number because this happened before and I blocked that number too.

Recording saying, "Hi! This is ______ from the warranty department. Can you hear me okay?"

just received one from this number - asked if you can hear me okay ... I said no

I listened to the message.  They asked if they could "ask me a few questions".  I told them I already had my vacations planned out for the year.  They asked again if they could ask a few questions.  Lather, rinse, repeat.  I hung up.

I got a call from this number today on my cell phone. The only reason I answered was because it was a local call. Someone named Josh said he was calling from a service center and said he was having a hard time hearing me. Then he proceeded to ask me if I could hear him clearly and I hung up.
