Receive an automated call from them almost daily asking me if my name is Sara Sheils.  (Not my name).  It tells me to hang up if it is not.  Today I received a call but it did not mention a name, so I held on.  When they picked up, they asked if I was Sara, and I told them that I did not know who that person was. They didn't give me a chance to ask who they were or even ask them to remove my number from their database.  They just hung up on me. I'm assuming it is a debt collector, but not sure.  I do know that this Sara person is apparently using my phone number (or maybe I was issued her old phone number) but I've had my phone for over 2 years and just recently started getting calls for this person.
