I keep getting calls from this number about every 2-3 hours.  I don't answer if I don't know who's calling.  I just got a notice from my bank about a suspicious attempted withdrawal that the bank stopped.  Tomorrow I will pursue this issue with them to see if they can identify the source, and possibly file fraud charges against this company/individual.

This number calls my cell phone number everyday - nonstop at 5 minute increments for 3 days in a role. THEY NEED TO STOP!!!!!!!!

This number just called my cel.  Vista Marketing, saying they were calling about my Mastercard/Visa on a recent purchase, BUT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM, THEY JUST WANTED TO OFFER ME $120 IN FREE GAS!
The only gas I get is when I eat beans or when these types of jerks call me!!

Did anyone order anything from Amazon before getting the calls?  Seems that everytime I order from Amazon the calls start.

Received a call from this number.  Rejected it. Don't know anyone in this area code.

today at 11:58am, I recd ANOTHER from a nasally voiced girl saying she was from VISTA Mktg after I asked her twice.  I said that I was called 8/18/11 and asked THEN not to be called again!! I hung oup on her.

AND 616-613-2043 UP AS UNREGISTERED ON MY CEL PHONE even though I had set my phone not accept unknown numbers,  which then my friends and family will have a hard time calling me.
Any other suggestions from people who are having this problem?

This is one of those call centers.  They dial a bunch of numbers and the first one that answers they talk to and the rest are left dangling.  Not that we want to talk to them anyway!  I have put blocks on them on my home phone but don't know if I can on my cell.  But will be checking.  This one has called twice in the last hour!

REC'D call from this number twice,  left a partial message,
caller id states confirmorder.  Don't know them.

Wandering what to do with a unsolicited phone call?  Try this and cost THEM money!

1.  Answer the phone!  Answering the phone starts billing their phone number, not your number.
2.  You can simply say nothing, set your phone down, and see how long it takes the idiot to hang up.  Alternatively, tell them you are the maid or the chauffeur and ask them to leave their phone number and  message.
3. Alternatively, if you are the sporting type, engage the enemy!  Your simple "Hello" will start their spiel.  Then lead them on with something like "tell me more" to keep them talking.  Telemarketers are trained to keep talking as long as they have you on the phone.  You can literally keep them on the phone until they understand that they are the goat, not you.
4.  Give them no personal information and assume everything they tell you is a lie.
5.  Ask them the name and address of their company and the number at which the caller can be contacted.
6.  If you get scammed in any manner, call the consumer protection division of your state's attorney general.  If the AG gets enough complaints, they can investigate and close the scam down.  The offender can also be prosecuted for criminal fraud if the facts are egregious enough.

Apparently having your number listed on the national DO NOT call list doesn't apply to these marketers.

Got a call from this number they said they were calling about a recent perchase i made. Asked them what purchase they stated unable to give me any info. I then disconnected the call.

I received 2 calls from this number today on my cell.  The first was around 12:00 Noon and the other at 9:00 PM.  I was unable to answer either call and no message was left.

I have cell service through Verizon.  After reading all the postings about this Michigan - based phone number, I called Verizon and had the number blocked from my cell for BOTH voice and text.

Got a phone call today with the info "Iorderconfirms" on caller ID.  It was an attempt to sign me up for some sales club based on an order I'd made with a Visa card.  When I attempt to stop the non-stop talking, the caller became very rude.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and received no response.  Line acted like it was dead but it wasn't since I couldn't hang up for about 20 seconds.  Attempted to call them back to speak to someone and recorded message said they were trying to call me to confirm an order but that "shipment of the order would not be delayed" if they didn't get me.  Haven't used my Visa for online orders in weeks and won't so I can keep an eye on unapproved charges.  Am calling Visa now and telling them the same thing.  W

I started receiving calls from this number a few days ago. They're calling 2-4 times every day, to my cell. I answered once, they asked for me by my first name. I asked who was calling and she hung up on me. Is there a way to block unwanted calls with AT&T cell phones?

I recently go a call from this 616 # telling me i will receive $120 in gas vouchers for just using my credit card. I wasn't thinking as times are hard and gas is high and said yes. Now I'm scared of what I have gotten myself into. I usually throw away any junk mail. What if I throw away the crap they were gonna send me? How will I contact them to cancel? I can't believe I just got suckered by a scam! does anyone know what number i call to cancel this crap?

I just rcvd a call from this number. It was Vista Marketing trying to give me $120.00 worth of "free" gas because I made a purchase from one of their preferred vendors

I just received a call from this "I Order Confirms"....they call every 2 or 3 days.....can't "the powers to be" shut this down !!!!
