Called me last 2 days, but left no message.   Don't know who it is.

This was an automated survey from the Mass Eye and Ear Clinic. I had an appointment recently and they followed up with about the care I received. Expect about 10 questions you answer numerically.

Yes, it  is an automated questionnaire.  If it is sent only to previous patients of Mass Eye and Ear, then it is not spam at all.

Unfortunately they didn’t identify themselves in the Caller ID which is very bad practice, so I didn’t answer it.

I recently had an appt at Mass eye and ear, so based on the above comments you would think it would be legitimate. I received a voicemail message which said:  "a**hole" and nothing else. I blocked the number
