I answered this call.  A "charity" for policemen, apparently, so the unidentified stranger's voice said.
The man worked hard to get me to say "yes" with 3 questions before proceeding with his schtick.
He asked twice, "Is this Q?" & then a third, "Can you hear me now?"  To which I answered all with, "WHO IS THIS?"
I blocked the call & hung up the moment I realized it was an unasked for solicitation call.
