Got a call from them. reminded me off a situation I had forgot about from a few years ago. They were very helpful. I'm so thankful they called.

Want to give us an address for this wonderful group?  Because I can't locate them.

So far as I can find out, Whitney Rosen and Associates is a phantom debt scamming operation. They call from: 704-209-7877 832-241-7077 504-515-0195 714-263-8638 and may call from other numbers. Nothing but baseless threats of prosecution, allegations of phony bond surety claims, threats of service of process. Weak or non-existent claims of debts of some sort or another. Will not provide any written proof of the debt claims. Same old, same old. Will not give you an address but say they are in Chicago.

If you call their numbers, you also get a large call-center in the background.
Personally I think this group is in New York, but I can't prove it.

Exactly. Whoever works for this place must not be able to get a job anywhere else...this is bottom of the barrel, a notch above flipping burgers type work.

Actually I think burger flippers are much higher up that any debt collector.

That they are! "Burger flippers" are also more likely to have HS diplomas and are more often able to pass drug tests as well.

Was told I had to pay a certain amount for a debt from 5years ago and it had to be paid asap to avoid wage garnishment and a suit filed. When I called back no one would give me the name of the company after several calls someone reluctantly gave the name Wittney Rosen but then hung up. I then called back and asked for a name and address but was told they weren't going to give that information that I might be a "crazy person" and proceeded to ask for my name. Was called from 2 different #s. One from a Texas prefix and another from a Chicago prefix. Anyone out there have any legitimate information about these attorneys or if they really are a law firm? Also when u call they only answer with a name and never a business name
