I have received multiple calls from this number with no one on the other end just s machine that says goodbye.  And when I call the number back it says the number is no longer in service.

I keep getting several calls from this number. The first time they called it was a machine and they said "Goodbye." The second time it was a foreigner and they just kept saying "Hello." They just called again and no one was on the other line.

I didn't recognize the number and stupidly picked up the phone.  No one answered when I said "hello."  I heard lots of noise in the background....like a call center...and quickly hung up.

No answer. no response of any kind. Says Alton Il..

This is a company offering to lower your cable/internet bills. They prescreen then have a sales rep call you back with more details.
